• Heatmap visualization of your photo history
• Photo organization and journaling features
• Pin and backup functionality

We use the photo information solely to:

• Display your photos within the app
• Generate calendar and heatmap visualizations
• Organize photos by date for your journal entries
• Enable pinning and backup features you request

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos on any external servers. Your memories remain completely private and on your device.

5. Permissions We Request

PicsMap requests the following permissions:

• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: To access your photos for display and organization
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: For older Android versions to access photos

We do NOT request: camera access, microphone access, location data, or contacts.

6. Third-Party Services

PicsMap does not share any data with third-party services, advertisers, or analytics providers.

7. Data Retention

PicsMap does not retain any data outside of your device. When you uninstall the app or clear app data, all cached information is permanently deleted.

8. Children's Privacy

PicsMap is not specifically targeted at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
